What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns; if there was an error ordering your product or you would like to swap product for another, contact us at contact.manzilux@gmail.com.
Damage or missing products
All orders have insurance coverage. If you have received a damaged product, reach out to USPS to start a claim. To ensure we resolve your issue as quickly as possible, send us an email with your claim number explaining the issue, and we will be glad to get your order corrected.
General Shipping
Allow 2-3 days to process your order.
Once an order has been processed, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once dispatched.

We use all-natural coconut soy wax that is grown and sold here in the U.S.
Are your oils safe?
Yes, all of our products are made with oils that are free from known or suspected carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins. We take pride in ensuring that each ingredient is natural, healthy, and safe for you to enjoy.
How do I trim my wick?
Use a wick trimmer, snuffer, or scissors to trim the wick evenly across (not at an angle). Carefully remove the trimmed piece and discard it.
How do I use my car freshener?
Simply remove the bamboo lid and the stopper, then replace the lid securely. Gently shake to allow the scent to absorb into the lid. Hang it up and enjoy the fresh fragrance on your drive!
